ATTENTION Retail Team Leaders, Retail Supervisors, Retail Assistant Managers, Recent Grads, and Ex-Military Are you looking for career advancement potential or seeking a new challenge? Assistant Managers will have the potential to qualify for store management in as little as six to nine months. RadioShack has excellent career opportunities available for individuals who display a high energy level, self-motivation and the desire to succeed. The Assistant Manager Program is one of the first steps to starting something great with RadioShack. You’ll enter the program as an Assistant Manager and progress through training modules focused on developing the skills necessary to be a successful manager. If selected to advance to Store Manager, you will receive additional training and certifications – all necessary to prepare you for your new role.




Requirements

The minimum eligibility requirements include:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliability and high personal integrity
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• Flexibility in work schedule and location assignment

All applicants must meet one of the following criteria in addition to the minimum eligibility requirements:
• Associate degree or higher
• Four or more years of military experience
• One year retail management experience
• Two years retail-related work experience
• One year RadioShack experience

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in some markets.
