Description |
Manages the staffing, planning and organization of work in the housekeeping department to ensure hotel standards of cleanliness are met. Responsibilities to include but not limited to: Scheduling, distribution of keys and daily work assignments, room inspections, payroll, inventory tracking and general administration.
Responsible for ensuring that guest room cleanliness standards are met and that guest requests are dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner by the entire team. Required to proivide ongoing training, including safety training and standard operating procedures to all housekeeping personnel and to submit daily housekeepig reports in a timely manner.
Responsible for ensuring that team members clearly understand and are held accountable for their daily performance and also for providing appropriate recognition and rewards to individuals who consistently exceed performance expectations

Requirements |
Successful applicant will display dynamic, positive leadership qualities and will champion teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication.
Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills a must. Minimum one years experience in housekeeping management role, Strong follow through and mathematical skills.
