Training for the MAXIMUS Management Development Program is composed of the following modules:

- Proposals
- Case Studies
Job Responsibilities: - Produce project deliverables such as scope of work requirements, financial goals, and implementation time frames
- Team with Project Directors to identify new business opportunities
- Review and analyze governmental financial reports, budgets, and programs to support enhancement strategies
- Assist in the proposal development process
- Participate in client meetings to identify and resolve client problems
- Execute long-term strategies in the areas of project management, client relations, business development, and various facets of government consulting

Requirements |
- Master’s Degree in Public Administration/Public Policy, Business Administration, Engineering, or Juris Doctor
- Two to five years full-time work experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 80% is customary)
